  • It's a gas station so there's not too much to say. Recently renovated so it looks pretty nice, especially inside the store. Free air for your tires! Also has a vacuum station ($1.25) and water. Can be pretty busy especially at rush hour in the afternoon/evening. Gas prices are generally comparable to others in the area.

No longer being used by DUSD. Some rooms at the site may be used by a private daycare or preschool provider. School field is maintained and is often used by locals as a dog run area.

I have constantly requested repairs in my apartment. Management comes in with Maintenance and maintenance half do repairs. Typical of a slum lord repair, promise to do the others and never come back. They never wash down the stairs or blow the leaves from the second or third floor. It took me 5 month to get a washer machine that did not damage my clothes and finely they added a water softener that I begged for from the time I moved in. I also gave them a list of things that was not done upon move in even the mold and mildew in my apartment and was told I am the blame. My place is always damp even in the month of August with windows open. Always being bitten by something. Bugs, possibly carpet bugs and possibly fleas. However, I have purchased insect sprays to no end.

  • My wife and I worked with the Nobregas, specifically John, in both buying and selling a house in San Ramon. We’ve been through this process with agents in other parts of the country and are happy to say that John outshined them all. He’s got the knowledge and professionalism you’d expect, but he’s also respectful of his client’s perspective and interests (listens well, doesn’t talk down, lets you weigh in on all the factors) and was always quick to respond, particularly during the process of showing our house. Probably most important, the Nobregas offered a rebate from their commission when we bought the house and a competitive commission rate for the sale. They also produced great marketing materials for the sale and were quick and effective at putting on the open house. Things got complicated during the sale negotiation, but we came out really, really well in the transaction, considering that we sold during 2009, and we owe this largely to Nobrega Real Estate.
