  This apartment complex is a nice place to live in - close to the BART, parks, shopping complex, whole foods, Regal Cinemas and much more. The floor plans are quite spacious with a large patio and storage in it. The walk in closets are generous and I was even able to fit my dressing table in that. The maintenance crews were always on top of our maintenance requests, and I just had little to no issues being here. The people in the leasing office are generally very good to talk to, and the apartment complex manager is a very kind person who would promptly look into your issues. The only thing that I feel the other way, is that the landscaping, look and feel of the common areas could be a bit improved.

  Have been staying for more than 2 years and have seen the place deteriorate , very expensive for a gated community with raising security concerns. Heard about multiple break in reports. The cleanliness is also a problem with corridors often staying less clean. The community needs more attention by the management.
